All the systems developed by RWA are designed on the basis of unified industrial computers and microprocessor equipment made by Schneider Electric, which have European quality certificates and Ukrainian UkrCEPRO certificates of conformance. So the Customers have a chance to get a full scope of technical and information support provided by the equipment manufacturer to the End-users.The relation with Customers RWA tries to make completely transparent.

Customer is given a full set of documentation for hardware and software components, Customer stuff is provided with training in the specialized training centers. All these factors give ability to the Customer to operate and maintain their traffic control systems themselves even without RWA involved.
