RWA carries out design and construction work on electrical centralization of the station. Central training facility “Pavlogradskaya”   

In August 2014, NPP Zheldoravtomatika LLC took part in and won a tender to carry out design work and carry out construction and installation work for the reconstruction of the electrical centralization of the station. Central processing facility “Pavlogradskaya” with expansion and modernization (replacement of the BMRC system with the MPC system). The number of switches at the Pavlogradskaya Central COF station is 61.

The railway station of the central processing facility “Pavlogradskaya” PTP “Pavlogradpogruztrans” PJSC “DTEK PAVLOGRADUGOL” by the nature of the work performed is cargo. The station provides autonomous train traction. At the time of reconstruction, the station was equipped with a block route-relay centralization, which included 41 switches equipped with an electric drive with a DC electric motor. Relay equipment is installed on relay block cabinets at the electrical centralization station. The condition of isolated sections is controlled using 50 Hz AC track circuits. The control and monitoring of arrows and traffic lights is carried out with the control panel at the Pavlogradskaya Central COF station. This project provides for the reconstruction of electrical centralization with the expansion and replacement of the BMRC system with an MPC, within the framework of which it is provided:

  • inclusion of 61 switches in the centralization according to a five-wire control circuit with the installation of SP-6M switch electric drives with an MST-0.3, 190V AC motor;
  • inclusion of 90 traffic lights in the centralization, of which: 30 train, 54 shunting, 2 warning and 4 entrance;
  • non-stop passage along 1 route in both directions;
  • equipment of controlled turnouts and track sections, receiving and departure tracks with an electronic axle counting system ESSO;
  • equipment for crossing No. 44 with automatic crossing alarm;
  • connection of a semi-automatic blocking system for sections;
  • management and control of switches and traffic lights from the automated workstation of the station attendant (AWS DSP);
  • technical diagnostics of hardware and software of centralization systems, monitoring and control objects with archiving at an automated electromechanical workstation (AWS);
  • coding of main, receiving and departure tracks and stages;
  • determining the number of cars at the entrance traffic light;
  • The “Spatial seal” system is provided.

The project was developed in accordance with the Agreement and Terms of Reference on the basis of the software and hardware complex PTK MPC “TEMP” TU U 31.6-34017368-001 2011, made using software and hardware of computer and microprocessor technology.
