As part of retraining and advanced training courses for personnel at UkrGAZhT, specialists from RWA and Schneider Electric introduced students to the latest developments in microprocessor-based train traffic control systems.

The next session of educational and practical training for students of the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Personnel at the Ukrainian State Academy of Railway Transport was held at the central office of the RWA company.

Managers and specialists of Ukrzaliznytsia automation services, who are undergoing advanced training courses, were familiarized with the company’s latest developments in the field of microprocessor traffic control systems for mainline and industrial railway transport. Of particular interest to the guests was the presentation of RWA design solutions that have already been implemented in the railway transport of Ukraine and the CIS countries.

The event also included a presentation by Schneider Electric in the field of information networks: guests were presented with new network modules for the Quantum and M340 line of controllers, as well as updates for Vijeo Citect – software for building integrated supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems in industrial automation systems.
