One of the challenges for railway transport in Ukraine until 2030 is the physical and moral deterioration of the infrastructure. Already, this issue is very acute, not only for the state of the superstructure and artificial structures, but also for train control systems and energy.

While maintaining the current dynamics of the situation and the level of implementation of investment programs and capital investment plans 2025 in Ukraine will become critical and can finally be considered a “point of no return”. And the main reason for this will be the problem of updating and developing infrastructure.
