Automated control system for the unloading complex.

The unloading complex includes: a car dumper, a pusher and a track cleaning machine. The automated control system of the unloading complex provides control of the unloading of bulk materials from four-axle gondola cars with a carrying capacity of up to 80 tons with cargo with a moisture content of up to 12% and lumpiness of up to 300 mm (sinter ore, limestone, iron ore concentrates, coal, etc.).

The automated control system for the unloading complex is being developed based on equipment from Schneider Electric (PLC, control panels and information display).
