The RWA company completed the design of the station CPP “Pavlogradskaya” PJSC “DTEK “Pavlogradugol”   

In accordance with the concluded Agreement and Terms of Reference, NPP Zheldoravtomatika LLC completed work on the design of the reconstruction of the electrical centralization of the station on September 30, 2014. Central processing facility “Pavlogradskaya” with expansion and modernization (replacement of the BMRC system with the MPC system).

The automated system of microprocessor centralization of arrows and signals (AS MPC) is made on the basis of a software and hardware complex (PTK). Monitoring of the condition of track sections and switch sections is carried out using a system for monitoring the occupancy of sections using the rolling stock axle counting method (SKZU) using domestically produced sensors DPD 0.3 – 03. The PTC is made using program logic controllers from Schneider Electric. The system software supplied as part of the software package is licensed in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. The pointers are controlled by installing pointer electric drives with AC motors. Automated workstations are provided: automated workplace DSP (main/backup) and automated workplace ShN (functions and configuration of automated workplaces are agreed with the customer). The DSP workstation and the ShN workstation are PC-based and located at the EC post. The project provides:

  • the ability to integrate the centralization system with related systems and upper-level systems (SAP supervisory control, etc.);
  • system for technical diagnostics of hardware and software of centralization systems, monitoring and control objects (measurement of current strength and time of switching; voltage in power
  • supply circuits; voltage in primary power supply circuits) with archiving on the automated workstation ShN.

A power supply installation at the centralization post was designed for the needs of the MPC with a function for diagnosing operating parameters, one power source and battery backup, with the possibility of further supply of a second feeder. The PTC includes an uninterruptible power supply that ensures stable operation of the centralization system for 3 hours. Coding of the main, receiving and departure tracks and stages of TsOF – Aromatnaya and TsOF – Pavlogradskaya is provided, semi-automatic blocking with axle counting on the stages TsOF – Aromatnaya and TsOF – Pavlogradskaya. The MPC system ensures the issuance of messages about pre-failure conditions to the electromechanic and the PTU dispatcher, and to the PTU dispatcher, the station duty officer and the electromechanic about critical damage. The project provides:

  • determination of the number of cars at the entrance traffic lights in the even and odd necks;
  • number-by-number logical control of the location of cars on the station tracks;
  • “Spatial seal” system for creating a 3-D model of the upper surface of cars sent to the station. Fragrant.

The design and estimate documentation was issued to the customer in full. The use of computer-aided design made it possible to complete these works in a short time.
